Low Angle Ring Lights (60°&90°)
Ring lights provide two different angles, 60° and 90°.It effectively solves problems, shapes of concave-convex surface and shadows at 4 corners for measured object, which stably presents appearance defection. For highly reflective object, an optional diffuser plate can be used to distribute the light.
1. The light is designed with 60° and 90°.
2. Clear image recognition especially for uneven surfaces, scratches, and laser engraving.
3. Diffusion plates are available.
Major Applications:
1. BGA solder ball position, shape, and area inspection.
2. Inspection of wafers or glass substrates for scratches and stains.
3. Reading laser engraving.
4. Edge detection and defect inspection.
